The Rwandan Opposition Platform (P4) continues to condemn violation of human rights by the totalitarian regime in Kigali as well as the violation of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) by the Rwandan Defense Force (RDF) and their proxy, rebel group M23.
